STR Manager for Airbnb Booking VRBO (HIGH PAY for EXPERIENCED SELF-DRIVEN INDIVIDUAL) – Contract to Hire

FULL TIME role, UK hours 9am till the evening (negotiable)

We are seeking a highly experienced property manager with excellent Spoken English communication skills to oversee our vacation rental properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO. We are situated in some of the most popular areas in Europe.

Experience with the following tools:

1. Hostaway (required)

2. Turno/Breezeway/alternative (ideal but not necessary)

3. Dialpad (ideal but not necessary)

4. Whatsapp (required)

5. Airbnb (expert required)

6. Pricelabs (expert required)

7. Booking.com (expert required)

8. VRBO (expert required)

Your responsibilities will include:

– guest communication (must be comfortable speaking on the phone)

– property maintenance coordination

– exceptional guest experiences

– calling support staff (must be comfortable speaking on the phone)

– coordinating cleaning

– Reputation management (must be comfortable speaking on the phone)
